Furnace Repair in Pinellas Park

Luis came out today to access my ac unit as the outdoor unit wouldn't engage for the second time in a month. He was very thorough and explained how the 2 stage system works and what could possibly be causing the issue prior to beginning. After accessing the unit he again sat down and explained what was causing the problem and what to do to fix it. He took many pictures and showed me what the problem was. He was great in explaining everything as well as answering my questions so I could understand and make the best decision. Thanks Luis for being so wonderful!!!

I had a spectacular experience with this company. The salesperson Eddie who gave my quote was clearly intelligent, considerate and thoughtful. Their installation team was similar. Experienced, thoughtful of how and why they were doing the work and considerate. I felt very comfortable as a single female alone during the work. VERY fast. I think they left my home cleaner than they found it. They even came back to complete installation of air vent covers in a high ceiling home at no charge, and sent a thank you gift that was appropriate and didn't leave me feeling like I paid more for it. I wish I could give this company 10-stars, which is not my way as I am very particular. It was a pleasure working with them.
